Incentives to Help Secure Charters:
To assist you in securing charters on Ruby One, we are giving you the flexibility to negotiate directly with your clients. Should you wish to take advantage of these incentives you can choose one of the following two options when booking a Charter on Ruby One:
Option 1: Discount
Reduce the rate: You have the freedom to discount the charter rate by up to $3,000.
Option 2: Complimentary Experiences
Without applying the above discount, you can offer one of the following complimentary options to your clients:
1. Free 3 Day stay at our Luxurious 4 Suite Villa at Summer Heights:
– All guests booked on Ruby. One can take advantage of a three-day free villa before or after their charter. Enjoy the pool and views of the Sir Francis Drake Channel. (Available annually from May 1st to August 1st only).
2. Free Lobster Meal in Anegada:
– All guests onboard will enjoy a complimentary lobster meal at **The Wonky Dog** in Anegada, including standard drinks and cocktails.
3. Free E-Foil Rendezvous Lesson in North Sound:
– All guests will enjoy a free E-Foil lesson in the North Sound of Virgin Gorda. The lesson is brought to the vessel, and within 10 minutes, guests will be ready to ride the E-Foil compliments of the Ruby One Team.
4. Free Water Taxi Service:
– All guests will be offered a complimentary one-way water taxi from USVI to the dock in Tortola, provided by the Ruby One team.
5. Free Rendezvous Scuba Dive:

OFFER DETAILS:
1. The all-inclusive “Free Charter” and “Broker Bonus Charter” for the winning broker cover all meals, drinks, and use of Ruby One’s water toys. 2. To qualify for the prize draw, Ruby One must achieve 12 booked charters from the broker market in 2025. 3. There are two free charters available: one will be selected through a lucky dip once 12 charters are confirmed, and the other is a bonus for the first broker to book three standard rate charters in 2025 without applying any discounts or complimentary experiences. 4. All 12 charters must be booked with a deposit by June 30th, 2025, for the draw to take place. 5. The winning broker will be selected randomly on June 30th, 2025, or once 12 bookings are confirmed. With the winner’s consent, their name may be announced on BVI Crew File & BVI Charter Chat to an audience of over 65,000 members. 6. The prize charter must be booked within a week’s notice, and the charter dates are subject to availability during the first three weeks of July 2025. 7. While Ruby One can accommodate up to 6 passengers, the prize charter is limited to 4 guests with access to 2 deluxe owner version cabins. 8. If more than 12 bookings are made in 2025, brokers will remain eligible for the 2026 draw without resetting the number of booked charters. 9. In the event that the target of 12 bookings is not met in 2025, brokers will be added to the 2026 draw, with the count starting over but retaining eligibility. 10. The complimentary three-day stay at the Villa is available between May 1st and August 1st each year. 11. The free lobster meal in Anegada includes a selection of standard drinks and cocktails. 12. The free water taxi service is available for one-way travel only, either from the USVI to the BVI or from the BVI to the USVI, and cannot be used for round-trip transportation.
